Candidate Data Deletion & Discretion

At ScribeMuni, we respect your absolute ownership over your practice scripts, essays, and performance evaluation metrics. Our core "deleted at discretion" guarantee means you have complete, friction-free control over removing your content from our platforms at any moment.

1. Guest Mode Deletion (Client-Side)

If you practice using ScribeMuni's Guest Mode, your evaluation history, drafted answers, and scorecard metrics are stored exclusively inside your local browser cache (Local Storage).

• You can delete any single practice evaluation directly in the Sidebar Practice History list using the delete icon.
• You can wipe your entire local history by clicking the "Clear All History" button in the history section.
• Alternatively, clearing your web browser's cache or cookies for ScribeMuni will instantly and permanently erase all Guest evaluation traces.

2. Registered SaaS Profile Deletion (Cloud Server)

When you log in to synchronize your profile across devices, your historical submissions are secured on our isolated sandboxed database. You have full discretion to delete this data online:

• Submissions & Scores: Any answer sheet or essay you delete from your Practice History Sidebar or the progress panel is permanently purged from our database in real-time.
• Bulk Clear: You can purge your entire evaluation database at any time using the "Clear All" configuration button.

3. Permanent Account Termination

If you wish to terminate your entire ScribeMuni user profile, erase all synchronized history, delete associated billing profiles, and clean out all server-side directories, you can request an immediate account teardown.

Simply email our data management team at support@scribemuni.com with the subject line "Request for Permanent Profile Purge" from your registered candidate email address. Once verified, our system automated scripts will completely de-provision your account records within 24 hours and send a formal compliance receipt.
